No, your underground drainage is not covered, this is another system completely and would need extra cover considerations.  
However how often does your underground drainage block for you to need the requiement. 
It all depends on the level of cover you opt for, all tiers cover your boiler and then you can opt for extra levels of cover 
Yes, as soon as your system has been appraised for the level of cover you require and any pre-existing faults addressed you can use the facility immediately. 
Yes. As part of our cover your boiler is serviced annually 
With other cover providers yes there is often an excess of about £50 for boiler insurance. Our cover is transparent, there is no call outs and no excess. 
Yes but you normally have to be a homeowner to buy boiler cover. If you are a tenant, the landlord is responsible for the boiler. 
Our cover is for almost any type of boiler, including conventional gas, condensing gas, combination, but not oil or solid fuel. 
Yes but age depending there may be a small charge in addition. 
Yes. Boiler cover is completely separate from your energy deal, so one does not affect the other.
